Agreement:	Agreement - The Guestbooks.cc Terms of Use are agreed upon by a) using the Guestbooks.cc service, b) participating in the service that is provided by Guestbooks.cc, and/or c) surfing the Guestbooks.cc website. If the user/visitor does not agree with the Guestbooks.cc Terms of Use they are to cease use of the Guestbooks.cc site and/or service. By following into the Guestbooks.cc Terms of Use agreement the user/visitor acknowledges that Guestbooks.cc may change the Terms of Use at any time. Service - The Guestbooks.cc service is free of charge unless the user decides to pay for the premium service. Sponsor ads are placed within the web control panel. Any malicious code that either a) harms the Guestbooks.cc service and/or b) harms Guestbooks.cc visitors will result in the user's account and guestbook being deleted. The Guestbooks.cc service may not be used for a) SPAM, b) sensitive data transfer, and/or c) bullying. SPAM is defined as sending email or posting data to other users/visitors in order to sell or lure a customer. Sensitive data transfer is defined as transferring sensitive data such as credit card numbers, social security numbers, and/or bank account numbers. Guestbooks.cc is not responsible for any damage from data that is transferred over its server. Bullying is defined as harassment of another user/visitor. Guestbooks.cc users that are caught participating in these acts will have their account and guestbook deleted. Acceptable Content - Sites that are categorized as or around sex, gambling, hacking, warez, hate, and/or any other form of inappropriate conduct are not allowed to use and/or participate in the Guestbooks.cc service. Content that is categorized as sex, gambling, hacking, warez, hate, or any other form of inappropriate conduct is not allowed to exist on the Guestbooks.cc server. If content that is in that category is posted on a Guestbooks.cc user's account or guestbook whose site is not classified as being in those categories, the user will be asked to remove any such inappropriate content. If removal does not occur after 3 days of notification the user's account and guestbook will be deleted. Swearing is acceptable on the Guestbooks.cc service as long as it does not a) offend another user or visitor and/or b) target hate towards a group of people or individual person. Premium Service - The Guestbooks.cc premium service entitles the user to change their HTML headers and footers, receive email notifications, and apply themes. All payments sent to Guestbooks.cc are non-refundable. By using the Guestbooks.cc service, the user acknowledges the premium service fee may be increased or decreased at any time and the premium service may be defined differently at any time. Consequences - Any actions that defy these Terms of Use will result in a terminating agreement between Guestbooks.cc and the user/visitor. The Guestbooks.cc user account associated with the terminating actions will be deleted. If any illegal activities have occurred, the proper authorities in the user's/visitor's country will be notified and the user/visitor will be punished according to their local laws (and in some cases international law). Guestbooks.cc has the authority to delete an account for any reason. These Terms of Use were last changed on February 16, 2009.
